Sikorski’s first self-published book, Oil Field, is a nearly-silent comic following a woman as she wanders through an oil field. Her meandering daydream is punctuated by some high-stakes moments as she recklessly explores the landscape she finds herself in. Oil Field is filled with mechanical and somatic details, expanding fleeting moments into a slow meditation.
