These are fly on the wall documentaries, including interviews with participants, which give an in depth look at the work and process of Feet Off the Ground and the groups they work with.

Teaching and facilitation

  • Part time lecturer at Northern School of Contemporary Dance 2022 onwards.

  • Co-facilitating (along with artists Sue Mayo and Jamie McCarthy) an intergenerational performance project working with community performers from 5 to 90 years old, exploring what makes us feel at home in our bodies. Working in partnership with Magic Me and Mulberry School for Girls, 2016.

  • Occassional guest lecturer in composition and improvisation at Roehampton University and London Contemporary Dance School.

  • One off workshops for professional artists: at Yorkshire Dance as part of accelerate programme, at The Place as part of Open Borders.

Projects

Nora is dancers Eleanor Sikorski, Flora Wellesley Wesley and Stephanie McMann. They curate and dance together, inviting artists to make work for them to perform. They have worked in this capacity with Eleanor Bauer (2019-22), Deborah Hay (2018), Liz Aggiss (2015), Simon Tanguy (2015) and Jonathan Burrows & Matteo Fargion (2014-15).

Dancing Museums II Between 2018 and 2021 Eleanor was associate artist with Dancing Museums II, a Creative Europe research project.

Roadhouse is a bi-monthly night of improvised performance hosted by Eleanor Sikorski and Lewys Holt, dance artists currently based in Leeds. Roadhouse is a regular space for artists to practice performing and for audiences to practice watching. A guest writer documents each night live on paper, providing proof that something actually happened.
